Portofino Complex Panorama | 2021
116 Unit Complex situated just adjacent to the Panorama Mediclinic was a big task for our team of painters. We had a waterproofing scope on the staircases and an excellent paint specification to follow as we fully redecorated the exterior walls of this well-managed body corporate.
Woodbridge Island Milnerton | 2021
Woodbridge Island, clients we have built a relationship with lasting over a decade long. With a full team of 5-7 painters based permanently on the island we push to externally paint a full cycle in 4 years. A professional Prominent Paints specification is strictly followed.
Rosewood Village | 2021
A 24 unit double story housing complex situated in Parklands received a full exterior redecoration by one of our capable teams managed by foreman Polite. This job followed a professional Prominent Paints specification. All previously painted substrates attended to in a 3 coat system. Gutters were fixed, window sealant replaced where necessary and a variety of structural joints factored in
Soleon Court Rosebank | 2021
An older apartment block in desperate need of major work had a full paint redecoration to all previously painted substrates. We attended to this large 26 unit apartment block with 2 teams of 8 and managed to meet the strict 9-week deadline. A job well done.
Firgrove Estate Constantia | 2021
A beautiful home in need of the full Elite Painting Contractors surgery. Work scope encompassed all natural woodwork, damp cure, crack repairs and painting. Mr Watson, a repeat client who had his commercial factory painted by our same team just a few years ago.
Falcon City Airport Industria | 2021
3 Commercial factory units and office spaces in Airport Industria were fully redecorated with a top of the range paint system. These repeat clients understand the value of the flexible waterproofing paint system on offer from the Neuklad range and we professionally prepared and applied it to spec.
Alexandra House Oranjezicht | 2021
A fresh touch of "Coral Beach" in highly elastic and waterproofing paint was the desired system the client required. Working for architects can be tough however we passed the test and did a full exterior redecoration and some inside painting as per clients high standards. Well done to foreman Dale and the experienced team under his guidance. The clients were extremely happy and impressed.
Boyes Drive House | 2020
A nutec house with (an amazing view) wooden window frames and a zinc roof that all required paint redecoration. We were up to the task and the end result was a neat modern colour change from the previous and sealed woodwork and rust treated and painted roof. End result is fantastic.
Imperial Court | 2020
An old art deco building - originally a popular hotel nestled just one road behind Muizenberg beachfront. Now a popular apartment block for tourists and locals. No maintenance was carried out for many years and severe structural damage had ingressed. This was a challenge we accepted and coupled with a professional paint specification and a real arty colour scheme we managed to transform the building exactly to the client's requirements.
Senior Flexonics Epping | 2020
Airless Spray Coating to this 8000m2 commercial factory. We attended to this after HP washing, then with an advanced Ultra Primer and 2 coats of White Roof Acrylic by cherry picker and various other access methods. The purpose of this contract was to encapsulate after suitable prep work, all weathered chromadek metal sheeting and prolong its shelf life before inevitable replacement.

4 large commercial factories on the same property needed some attention to attract new prospective tenants and Elite Painting Contractors were appointed to get things looking the way they should. Coupled to highest industry standards and preparation coatings as well as Architect instructions on a new colour scheme - we love the new transformation.
Clicks Head Office Woodstock | 2019
Raw face brick and various other walls were redecorated using our Graco Airless Spray Machine to allow for a cost-effective method of painting face brick walls to a large area. The contract included all undercover parking spaces and various servicing of flat roofs to this well kept commercial property.
